Our Guiding Principles

These factors guide the Greater Dover Committee in determining which issues to address:

• The issue's impact on quality of life

• The resources needed to address the issue

• The time required to resolve the matter

• Whether another entity already addresses the matter adequately or is better equipped to do so

• Whether GDC's involvement will show measurable results

• Whether GDC's will tangibly benefit a significant portion of the community
